Direksi, seluruh Pegawai, serta semua pihak yang diperkerjakan, mewakili, atau bertindak atas nama PT Inspeksi Sertifikasi Dan Survey Indonesia (Persero) / (“IDSurvey”) memastikan Sistem Manajemen Layanan Teknologi Informasi yang berfokus untuk menunjang kelancaran dan keberlangsungan operasional perusahaan sesuai dengan standar internasional dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, dengan komitmen sebagai berikut:
- Menjamin adanya ketersediaan sumber daya (manusia, teknis, informasi dan keuangan) dalam mendukung proses layanan teknologi informasi, serta memastikan bahwa setiap Insan IDSurvey memahami dan menjalankan tanggung jawab individualnya dalam menjaga keamanan informasi guna mencapai kualitas layanan dan sasaran manajemen layanan teknologi informasi;
- Melakukan pemantauan dan pengukuran kinerja sistem manajemen layanan teknologi informasi dalam upaya peningkatan yang berkelanjutan dan melakukan identifikasi terhadap isu internal dan eksternal serta pemenuhan persyaratan layanan teknologi informasi;
- Melakukan tinjauan dan pemantauan terhadap perubahan yang memengaruhi sistem manajemen layanan teknologi informasi serta mengelola dampak dan potensi akibat perubahan tersebut dalam upaya optimalisasi kinerja manajemen layanan teknologi informasi;
- Berkomitmen untuk menjamin kerahasiaan dan keamanan informasi serta mematuhi peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di perusahaan;
- Menetapkan persyaratan keamanan informasi bagi seluruh pihak ketiga yang bekerja sama dengan IDSurvey dan mewajibkan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan keamanan informasi guna melindungi infrastruktur dan data IDSurvey.

the Board of Directors, all Employees, and all parties engaged by, representing, or acting on behalf of PT Inspeksi Sertifikasi Dan Survey Indonesia (Persero) / (“IDSurvey”) ensures that its Information Technology Service Management System is focused on supporting the smoothness and continuity of the Company's operations in accordance with international standards and applicable laws and regulations, with the following commitments:
- Guarantees the availability of resources (human, technical, information, and financial) to support information technology service processes, and ensures that every IDSurvey’s Personnel understands and carries out their individual responsibilities in safeguarding information security in order to achieve service quality and the objectives of information technology service management;
- Monitoring and measure the performance of the information technology service management system as part of continual improvement efforts, and to identify internal and external issues as well as the fulfillment of information technology service requirements;
- Reviewing and monitor changes that affect the information technology service management system, and to manage the impacts and potential consequences of such changes in an effort to optimize the performance of information technology service management;
- Committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of information and to complying with the laws and regulations applicable to the company;
- To establish information security requirements for all third parties that cooperate with IDSurvey and to require compliance with information security policies in order to protect IDSurvey’s infrastructure and data.
