Direksi, seluruh Pegawai, serta semua pihak yang dipekerjakan, mewakili, atau bertindak atas nama PT Inspeksi Sertifikasi Dan Survey Indonesia (Persero) / (“IDSurvey”), berkomitmen untuk menerapkan standar Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) secara konsisten di seluruh aktivitas usaha. Komitmen ini merupakan implementasi tata nilai AKHLAK yang sejalan dengan visi dan misi perusahaan, serta sejalan dengan peraturan nasional dan internasional yang berlaku, guna memastikan terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang aman, nyaman, dan efisien untuk mendorong produktivitas dan terhindar dari kecelakaan di seluruh wilayah operasi IDSurvey. Melalui kebijakan ini, IDSurvey berkomitmen untuk:
- Menjalankan seluruh kegiatan usaha secara aman dan profesional, dengan memastikan pencegahan kecelakaan kerja, penyakit akibat kerja, dan kondisi kerja yang tidak aman di seluruh lokasi operasional, termasuk kantor pusat, kantor wilayah, laboratorium, layanan survei, inspeksi, sertifikasi, dan kegiatan lapangan lainnya.
- Menerapkan prinsip-prinsip utama K3, meliputi: a. No Accident — tidak diperkenankan adanya kecelakaan kerja dan kondisi yang membahayakan keselamatan; b. No Occupational Illness — tidak diperkenankan terjadinya penyakit akibat kerja; c. No Unsafe Condition — tidak diperkenankan kondisi tidak aman di tempat kerja; dan d. No Unsafe Action — tidak diperkenankan tindakan tidak aman oleh pekerja maupun pihak ketiga.
- Melakukan identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko, dan pengendalian risiko secara sistematis pada seluruh proses bisnis untuk menghilangkan bahaya dan meminimalkan potensi kecelakaan atau penyakit akibat kerja.
- Mematuhi seluruh peraturan perundang-undangan tentang K3, standar teknis, serta ketentuan lainnya yang relevan dan berlaku di seluruh area operasi IDSurvey.
- Memastikan penerapan Sistem Manajemen K3 secara menyeluruh pada seluruh aktivitas bisnis, termasuk bagi pegawai, kontraktor, dan seluruh pihak yang bekerja di bawah pengawasan IDSurvey.
- Menyediakan pelatihan, edukasi, dan pengembangan kompetensi K3 secara berkala bagi seluruh Insan IDSurvey untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, kemampuan, dan kepedulian terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja.
- Mengembangkan mekanisme partisipasi dan konsultasi pekerja, termasuk pelibatan pegawai dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait K3, komite K3, pelaporan kondisi tidak aman, serta evaluasi penerapan K3.
- Menetapkan dan menerapkan kesiapsiagaan dan tanggap darurat, termasuk prosedur evakuasi, penanganan insiden, investigasi kecelakaan, serta tindakan perbaikan untuk mencegah kejadian berulang.
- Menghindari konflik kepentingan dan perilaku yang dapat mengancam keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.
- Melakukan pemantauan, audit, evaluasi kinerja K3, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan guna memastikan efektivitas penerapan Sistem Manajemen K3, serta menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan standar global dan kebutuhan operasional.
- Menjalankan prinsip Zero Tolerance terhadap setiap pelanggaran prosedur dan ketentuan K3 yang dapat membahayakan keselamatan dan kesehatan pegawai maupun pihak lainnya.
- Membangun budaya keselamatan yang kuat dan berkelanjutan di seluruh lingkungan IDSurvey dan mitra bisnis.
Direksi IDSurvey memastikan bahwa seluruh layanan dan kegiatan operasional dilaksanakan dengan standar K3 terbaik, mematuhi Kebijakan K3 ini, serta memenuhi seluruh peraturan perundang-undangan terkait. Pelanggaran terhadap Kebijakan K3 ini akan dikenakan tindakan sesuai peraturan internal masing-masing entitas pada Grup IDSurvey dan dapat dikenakan sanksi administratif maupun ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.
Demikian Kebijakan K3 ini ditetapkan dan ditandatangani dengan penuh tanggung jawab dan menjadi komitmen bersama seluruh insan IDSurvey dan pemangku kepentingan terkait.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy
the Board of Directors, all Employees, and all parties engaged by, representing, or acting on behalf of PT Inspeksi Sertifikasi Dan Survey Indonesia (Persero) / (“IDSurvey”) are committed to implement the highest standards of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) as an integral part of our operational excellence and corporate governance. This commitment is an implementation of our core values AKHLAK that align with the company's vision and mission as well as with applicable national and international regulations to ensure a safe, comfortable and efficient working environment to encourage productivity and avoid accidents throughout IDSurvey’s operational areas. Through this policy, IDSurvey is committed:
- Carrying out all business activities in a safe and professional manner by ensuring the prevention of workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and unsafe working conditions across all operational locations, including head office, regional offices, laboratories, survey services, inspection, certification, and all other field activities.
- Implementing key OHS principles, including: a. No Accident — workplace accidents and conditions that endanger safety are not permitted; b. No Occupational Illness — occupational disease is not permitted; c. No Unsafe Condition — unsafe conditions in the workplace are not permitted; and d. No Unsafe Action — unsafe actions by workers or third parties are not permitted.
- Conducting systematic hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control across all business processes to eliminate hazards and minimize the potential for accidents or occupational diseases.
- Complying with all OHS laws and regulations, technical standards, and other relevant requirements applicable across all IDSurvey operational areas.
- Ensuring the full implementation of the OHS Management System across all business activities, including employees, contractors, and all parties working under IDSurvey’s supervision.
- Providing regular OHS training, education, and competency development for all IDSurvey Personnel to enhance awareness, capability, and commitment to occupational health and safety.
- Developing worker participation and consultation mechanisms, including employee involvement in OHS-related decision-making, OHS committees, reporting of unsafe conditions, and evaluation of OHS implementation.
- Establishing and implementing emergency preparedness and response measures, including evacuation procedures, incident handling, accident investigation, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Avoiding conflicts of interest and any behaviour that may jeopardize occupational health and safety, whether directly or indirectly.
- Conducting monitoring, audits, OHS performance evaluations, and continuous improvement to ensure the effectiveness of the OHS Management System, aligned with global standards and operational needs.
- Applying a Zero Tolerance principle toward any violations of OHS procedures and requirements that may endanger the safety and health of employees or other parties.
- Building a strong and sustainable safety culture across IDSurvey and its business partners.
The Board of Directors of IDSurvey ensure that all services and operational activities are carried out in accordance with the highest OHS standards, comply with this OHS Policy, and meet all applicable laws and regulations. Any violation of this OHS Policy will be subject to actions in accordance with the internal regulations of each entity on IDSurvey Group and may result in administrative sanctions or other legal consequences as stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.
This OHS Policy is hereby established and signed with full responsibility and serves as a shared commitment of all IDSurvey personnel and relevant stakeholders.
