Temanggung, September 25, 2026 — PT Inspeksi Sertifikasi dan Survey Indonesia (Persero), or IDSurvey, inaugurated Nglarangan Partner Village in Tretep District, Temanggung Regency, Central Java, on September 23, 2026. The program, designed to run through 2028, aims to expand business opportunities and improve residents’ quality of life by strengthening education (IDS Skill Plus), environmental management (IDS Eco Assure), and micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) development through IDS UMKM Growth Hub.
A total of 13 priority programs form part of the initial implementation phase. The programs were developed based on social mapping, needs surveys, and discussions with Bapperida, the regional government, the village government, and the community to develop the potential of agriculture, livestock farming, and the local economy.
“We are bringing IDSurvey Group’s expertise to help residents develop their businesses, enhance their skills, and manage the environment. Through ongoing assistance, we want the community to be able to turn their village’s potential into an increasingly robust source of livelihood,” said IDSurvey Chief Financial Officer Sinung Triwulandari.
This Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program is implemented across three priority areas. IDS UMKM Growth Hub encompasses sustainable coffee development, business capacity building, digital marketing, and halal certification assistance. IDS Skill Plus supports the strengthening of early childhood education and kindergartens, educator capacity, the One Village, One Graduate scholarship program, and stunting prevention education.
Meanwhile, IDS EcoAssure focuses on waste management, wastewater treatment plant and sanitation development, livestock biogas utilization, and environmental education for younger generations. Training in workshop operations, welding, and lathe machining is also being prepared to open up new business opportunities for residents.
Implementation draws on the competencies of three subsidiaries: SUCOFINDO in environmental management, Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (BKI) in welding skills, and Surveyor Indonesia in halal certification assistance. This approach connects IDSurvey Group’s business expertise with community needs to create sustainable shared benefits.
Edi Eko Cahyono, Director of Social and Environmental Responsibility at the State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Agency, expressed appreciation for the mapping of community needs as the basis for program development.
“This approach is important to ensure that the programs provided truly align with the village’s needs and potential,” said Edi. Appreciation was also expressed for IDSurvey’s efforts to ensure lasting benefits through governance, institutional development, and human resource development, including the direct involvement of company volunteers.
Support was also expressed by Tri Winarno, Regional Secretary of Temanggung Regency, who emphasized the village government’s involvement in overseeing program implementation.
“We will ensure that all village officials participate in implementing and monitoring this collaborative program so that it runs well, delivers impact, and remains sustainable,” he said. He expressed hope that the program would help Nglarangan become a self-reliant village and serve as a model for village empowerment through collaboration with state-owned enterprises.
The initial program activities also involved 14 IDSurvey Service Volunteers for Indonesia (Relawan BISA) and five students from Politeknik Negeri Semarang and Universitas Diponegoro from September 21–25, 2026. They assisted residents through educational activities and skills sharing.
Following the mapping and implementation of priority programs in 2026, assistance will continue with capacity building in 2027 and will be directed toward self-reliance in 2028. Residents are expected to be able to manage and develop their businesses, preserve the environment, and sustain the educational initiatives established together.
The Nglarangan Partner Village Program is a tangible manifestation of IDSurvey’s Social and Environmental Responsibility commitment, “Empowered Together, Serving with Heart,” delivering contributions that go beyond the short term to build community capacity and self-reliance over the long term, while generating lasting positive impacts across time and generations.
